As the story unfolds, it appears that the elected Miss Twilight is a secretly trained courtesan. The three beautiful candidates have no idea what awaits them. Slave Pageant is a command selection adventure game, where you select different commands during the game that will result in different storylines and multiple endings. Most of the commands in this game however revolve around the selection of the 4 available main female characters: Sumi Mizuno, Shinju Nakategawa, Sorami Sugawara and Ryoko Furuya.
